Why West Bay Club

West Bay Club pairs a Pete and P.B. Dye designed championship golf course with something few golf communities can match: real water access. River Park on the Estero River gives residents a private boat launch and kayaking, with the Gulf a ride downriver. Roughly 500 acres of the community are set aside as preserve, so homes look out over water and wetlands instead of rooftops.
Residents also enjoy a private Beach Club on the Gulf, resort amenities, and clubhouse dining. Homes span 294 single-family residences plus 156 villas and condominiums, with The Island, a planned 24-story tower of 86 residences, still to come overlooking the golf course and the bay.
