Grandezza is a gated golf community of 978 homes in Estero, developed by Stock Development around an 18 hole championship course designed by Darwin Sharp III. Ten distinct neighborhoods sit inside the gates, ranging from coach home condominiums to custom estate homes behind a second private gate.
