Woodmont is one of Shadow Wood at The Brooks' most intimate single-family neighborhoods, just thirty-one homes set along the North Course between two lakes. Built by Centex around 2003 along the quiet cul-de-sac streets of Wintercress Drive and Fairlawn Court, it is known for low turnover and golf-frontage lots overlooking the 14th, 15th and 16th fairways.
