Morningside is the largest coach-home neighborhood in Shadow Wood at The Brooks, one hundred twenty-eight residences across thirty-two buildings inside Shadow Wood in Estero, built by Centex around 1999 to 2001 along a Rosedale Drive cul-de-sac. Its own pool, spa, and fitness center anchor the enclave.
