Why Magnolia Bend

Magnolia Bend is an enclave of twenty-eight custom estate homes inside Shadow Wood at The Brooks in Estero, developed between about 2001 and 2006 by the community's premier custom builders. It is a distinct address from the Mahogany Cove villas, set on half-acre to acre-plus homesites along its namesake street.
