The Place at Corkscrew is a gated community of 1,325 single family homes on 1,361 acres off Corkscrew Road in Estero. Builders delivered it between 2017 and 2023, so the housing stock is uniformly new. Lee County records show 885 of those homes, two thirds of the community, have a private pool.
