Waterford Place is a 44-unit condominium in three buildings at 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive, which listing records describe as four stories with elevators, inside the gated, member-owned Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club in Naples 34113. Collier County recorded 2 qualified sales in the 12 months to October 2, 2026, at $199,000 and $505,000. Updated October 2026.
This page covers one condominium inside our Eagle Creek guide, which sits within our Naples homes for sale and communities guide. Two name traps matter before you search. Waterford Place is only 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive: the buildings numbered 750 to 780 on the same street are Eagle Creek Condominium No. 5, a different condominium. The "New Waterford" condominiums in ZIP 34104 are an unrelated community that fills most search results for this name. The sections below cover recorded sales, the buildings, the association, costs, milestone and reserve rules, flood, schools and distances.

Key takeaways for Waterford Place condo buyers
Waterford Place is a small condominium where the county recorded two sales in the latest 12 months, so a buyer reads two prices and not an average. These eight numbers frame a purchase, from units and recorded sales to club rules, flood and schools. Data updated: October 2026.

- Every owner holds a golf or social club membership, the purchase application is due at least 20 days before closing, and an estoppel certificate arrives within 10 business days.

How does the MLS name Waterford Place units?
The MLS may file these units under more than one name, and some portals stamp the Waterford Place label on the neighboring Condominium No. 5 buildings. The address is the test: 720, 730 or 740 Waterford Drive is Waterford Place, while 750, 760, 770 or 780 Waterford Drive is Condominium No. 5. A map frame this tight can still catch a nearby building, so read each listing's street number before you compare prices.

What have Waterford Place condos sold for?
Waterford Place condos sold twice in the latest 12 months, according to Collier County: $199,000 in January 2026 and $505,000 in May 2026. Two prices are not a median, so this section lists them and then widens to the full county record since 2016. Data updated: October 2026.
What did the last 12 and 24 months show?
The county window runs from October 2, 2025 (exclusive) to October 2, 2026, and the 24-month window starts on October 2, 2024. We counted every qualified, improved sale among the 44 Waterford Place parcels. Each figure carries its n, and a count of one or two is shown as prices, never as a median.
| Window | Qualified sales | Prices |
|---|---|---|
| Last 12 months, October 2, 2025 to October 2, 2026 | 2 | $199,000 (January 2026) and $505,000 (May 2026) |
| Prior 12 months, October 2, 2024 to October 2, 2025 | 0 | No qualified sale recorded |
| Last 24 months, October 2, 2024 to October 2, 2026 | 2 | The same two sales |
Source: Collier County Property Appraiser public data bundle, qualified improved sales over $1,000, as indexed on October 28, 2026. Both sales were resales, and none was a builder-direct sale of a new unit.
Which recent sales were recorded?
The list gives month, year and price only, newest first, for the five most recent of the 20 sales in the county file.
- May 2026: $505,000
- January 2026: $199,000
- March 2024: $535,000
- April 2023: $535,000
- March 2023: $379,000
Why can two sales sit so far apart?
The county record shows the prices and not the reasons. The $199,000 sale is the lowest recorded at Waterford Place since 2019, and the $505,000 sale sits within $30,000 of the highest price on file, $535,000. County parcel records show two living-area sizes across the condominium, so size is one plausible reason, and floor, view, condition, updates and the club designation attached to the unit are others. The conditions of the $199,000 sale are not verified. A listing agent can show what a specific unit offers, and the Eagle Creek guide shows how the rest of the club priced over the same window.
How have Waterford Place prices moved since 2016?
Waterford Place recorded 20 qualified sales between October 2016 and October 2, 2026, and no year had more than 7: the busiest, 2021, had 7 sales at a $280,000 median. Years with one or two sales show prices and no median. Data updated: October 2026.
| Year | Qualified sales | Median or sale prices | Low | High |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2016, from October 2 | 0 | No qualified sale in the county file | n/a | n/a |
| 2017 | 1 | One sale, at $205,000 | $205,000 | $205,000 |
| 2018 | 1 | One sale, at $270,000 | $270,000 | $270,000 |
| 2019 | 1 | One sale, at $195,000 | $195,000 | $195,000 |
| 2020 | 3 | $225,000 | $215,000 | $300,000 |
| 2021 | 7 | $280,000 | $225,000 | $380,000 |
| 2022 | 2 | Two sales, at $480,000 and $481,000 | $480,000 | $481,000 |
| 2023 | 2 | Two sales, at $379,000 and $535,000 | $379,000 | $535,000 |
| 2024 | 1 | One sale, at $535,000 | $535,000 | $535,000 |
| 2025 | 0 | No qualified sale in the county file | n/a | n/a |
| 2026, to October 2 | 2 | Two sales, at $199,000 and $505,000 | $199,000 | $505,000 |
Source: Collier County Property Appraiser public data bundle, qualified improved sales by calendar year, as indexed on October 28, 2026. Every row is a condominium; the first sale in the file is dated August 2017.
How should a buyer read the yearly table?
Prices stepped up between 2021 and 2022: the 7 sales of 2021 ran from $225,000 to $380,000, and the 2 sales of 2022 came in at $480,000 and $481,000. The two highest prices on file, both $535,000, were recorded in April 2023 and March 2024. No sale is on file for calendar 2025, which is why the prior-12-month row above reads zero. Counts this small show direction and not precision, and a buyer prices a specific unit against current MLS comparables and not against a yearly table. The Eagle Creek guide carries the club-wide record.
Waterford Place vs the other Eagle Creek condominiums
Waterford Place is the newest of Eagle Creek's seven state-registered condominiums, with 44 units recorded in 1999, and it recorded 2 sales in the latest 12 months against 10 for Condominium Nos. 1 to 5 together and 4 for Stonegate of Eagle Creek. Every row uses the same county method. Data updated: October 2026.

Two sister pages in this batch cover the neighbors in detail: Stonegate of Eagle Creek and Eagle Creek Condominium No. 1 to No. 5. Nos. 1 and 2 sit on Cypress View Drive, Nos. 3 and 4 and Stonegate on Eagle Creek Drive, and No. 5 shares Waterford Drive with Waterford Place.
How does the newest building era change a purchase?
Waterford Place buildings date from 1999 to 2004, while the other six condominiums date from 1986 to 1997. Age shows up in the milestone and reserve timeline, in roof and system replacement cycles, and in the original construction code. It does not by itself decide quality, and the association's budget, reserve schedule and inspection records show a specific building's condition. The unit mix also differs: county median living areas for the older condominiums run from 1,534 to 1,930 square feet, against 2,278 at Waterford Place.
What about Eagle Creek's homes and villas?
Eagle Creek's other neighborhoods are not condominiums. Carriage Home Villas are attached villas on Cypress View Drive, Eagle Creek Estates are single-family homes on Eagle Creek Drive, Creek Bed Estates are single-family homes on Cormorant Cove, Crestwood Estates are single-family homes on Crestwood Lane, and Grey Wing Point is a group of single-family homes. Each has its own association layer, so compare the documents and not only the prices. The Naples communities guide lists other gated and golf addresses across the market.
What are the Waterford Place buildings like?
Waterford Place has three buildings on Waterford Drive that the county address layer counts at 12, 16 and 16 units, with county year-built entries from 1999 to 2004 and, in listing records, four stories with elevators. The details below separate county records from listing remarks.
What are the three buildings and the lake setting?
The county address layer puts 12 units at 720 Waterford Drive, 16 at 730 and 16 at 740, which adds to the 44 units on the state registry. Listing remarks describe lake, pond, pool or club views depending on the unit, and the aerial image above shows the buildings along a lake beside the club's tennis courts. A view belongs to a unit, not to the condominium, so ask a listing agent which side of which building a unit sits on.
How many stories do the buildings have, and are there elevators?
County unit numbers run from 101 to 404 in all three buildings, which implies four floors; that is our inference from the numbering and not a plan. Listing records describe four-story buildings with a common elevator, and the community association's contact sheet carries an elevator malfunction emergency line. The planned unit development summary in the association's handbook caps condominium height at three living stories, with four in Tract M-2, and which tract holds Waterford Place is not verified. Confirm the floor count and elevator at a showing.
What do listings say about parking and storage?
Listing records for Waterford Place describe a one-car detached garage per unit and a community storage unit. The association's 2024 handbook says detached garages are permitted only for the condominium category, which matches that description. Assignment of a garage or storage room to a unit appears in the estoppel certificate and the declaration, and listing fields are not a recorded allocation, so confirm the space that belongs to the unit you are buying.
What living areas does the county list?
County records list living areas of about 1,946 to 2,278 square feet for Waterford Place parcels, with a roll median of 2,278 and a median year built of 2002. Treat that as a county reference range and not as a unit size: the Florida condominium registry publishes no unit sizes, and no plan document is public. Confirm the area in the unit's floor plan or the recorded declaration exhibit before you compare value per square foot.
Who runs Waterford Place?
Waterford Place sits under three layers: its condominium association, the master Eagle Creek Community Association, Inc., and the member-owned Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club, Inc. The state registry lists one shared condominium association as the managing entity for Waterford Place and five other Eagle Creek condominiums.
Who is the condominium association?
The Florida condominium registry lists Waterford Place Condo as project PR1P024713, 44 units, recorded January 14, 1999, with primary status Approved. Its managing entity is Eagle Creek of Naples Condo Assn Inc (MA00018516), the same entity shown for Condominium Nos. 2 to 5 and Stonegate; Condominium No. 1 has a separate managing entity. The corporation is Eagle Creek of Naples Condominium Association, Inc., and we did not verify its corporate status on October 28, 2026. The registry's location text for Waterford Place reads "601 Eagle Creek Dr", which conflicts with the building addresses of 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive. The association office address is 746 Eagle Creek Drive.
What do the master association and the club do?
Eagle Creek Community Association, Inc. (N11750) is the master association: gate operations, roads, lakes, perimeter fencing, trash pick-up, architectural review and a property management office. Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club, Inc. (N43890) is the member-owned club that every owner joins. The Eagle Creek guide covers both layers, the club's history and its amenities in depth.
Who maintains what at Waterford Place?
The association's handbook says landscaping is maintained by the condominium association and that owners may not change in-ground plantings in common areas. The master association lists exterior maintenance of the condominium community among its duties. Which body pays for a roof, a repaint or a structural item is set by the declaration of condominium, which is posted behind an owner login. The association publishes no separate Waterford Place board, budget or rules sheet, so ask for the declaration, the budget and the reserve schedule.
What does it cost to own a Waterford Place condo?
A Waterford Place owner pays condominium dues, a master association share, a required club membership and county property tax, and no public source we could read lists current dollar amounts. A dated 2020 to 2021 fee sheet exists, and the estoppel certificate gives the real numbers. Data updated: October 2026.
| Cost | Amount | Status as of October 28, 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| Condominium dues | Not published for today | A 2020 to 2021 community fee sheet lists Waterford Place as its own line; current figures come from the estoppel certificate |
| Master association assessment | Not published for today | Ask what the master share covers and how it is billed |
| Club membership, golf or social | Not published | The club says pricing is available upon request |
| Capital contribution or transfer fee at resale | Not found in public sources | The estoppel certificate form asks for both |
| Estoppel certificate | Delivered within 10 business days; fee capped by statute | Florida Statutes 718.116(8) |
| CDD assessment | None on the county map | Read the non-ad valorem lines of the parcel's own tax bill |
| Special assessment or association loan | None found in public sources | Ask for the last 12 months of board minutes |
| Property tax | Set by the parcel's taxable value | Collier County Tax Collector parcel lookup |
Source: community association and club pages, Florida Statutes and county layers listed in Sources. No figure in this table is an estimate; this page prints no dollar amount for dues, initiation or capital contributions.
What are the condominium and master dues?
The community association's fee sheet for 2020 to 2021 lists Waterford Place as its own line, but it is five years old and does not say what each line includes. Listing fee fields for this condominium scatter and do not reconcile with one another, for example a quarterly figure beside a monthly figure on the same record. Ask for the current budget and a plain statement of what the condominium bills and what the master bills. Under Florida Statutes 718.116(8), the association must issue the estoppel certificate within 10 business days of a written request.
What does club membership cost?
The club says all homeowners hold a golf or social membership and that membership pricing is available upon request. We print no initiation or dues figure because the club does not publish one on a page we could read. Which kind of membership attaches to a unit is decided per unit, and listing remarks vary, from a social and sports membership to a golf-in-waiting program. Get the unit's designation from the club in writing before you contract.
How do property taxes work?
A Waterford Place tax bill has ad valorem lines, each the taxable value times a millage rate divided by 1,000, and a non-ad valorem block of flat charges. The first-year bill follows the county's assessment of the new owner, so a seller's bill is not a forecast. The Collier County Tax Collector's parcel lookup shows a real bill, and the non-ad valorem block shows whether any district assessment applies.
Which documents should a buyer request?
Ask for the recorded declaration and its amendments, the association's articles and bylaws, the current budget and reserve schedule, the latest structural integrity reserve study, the last 12 months of board minutes, insurance certificates, the estoppel certificate, the master association fee line and the club's membership designation for the unit. Under Collier custom the buyer pays the owner's title policy.
Milestone inspections and reserve studies at Waterford Place
Waterford Place's three buildings read as four stories, which puts them inside Florida's milestone inspection rule and its structural integrity reserve study rule for condominium buildings of three habitable stories or more. Collier County's January 2026 milestone list shows 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive, each with a next milestone date of January 1, 2033. Data updated: October 2026.
What does Collier County's milestone list show for Waterford Place?
Collier County's January 2026 milestone list, as read for our Eagle Creek guide on October 28, 2026, names all three Waterford Place buildings. This page matches them by street number, because the list's building letters and the county address layer's letters do not agree. The county does not define what the January 1, 2033 date represents, so it is not proof that an inspection was done or passed.
| Street number | Units, county address layer | Certificate of occupancy on the list | Next milestone due |
|---|---|---|---|
| 740 Waterford Drive | 16 | November 16, 1999 | January 1, 2033 |
| 730 Waterford Drive | 16 | January 15, 2003 | January 1, 2033 |
| 720 Waterford Drive | 12 | March 16, 2004 | January 1, 2033 |
Source: Collier County milestone buildings list, as of January 2026; unit counts from the Collier County site address layer, queried October 28, 2026. One earlier reading of the same list did not show Waterford Place rows, so check the list by street number before you rely on this table.
What does the 30-year arithmetic say?
Florida Statutes 553.899 starts the clock at the certificate of occupancy date. A first milestone inspection is due by December 31 of the year a building reaches 30 years, or 25 years where the local enforcement agency finds that local circumstances warrant it. Counting from the dates above, our arithmetic gives 2029, 2033 and 2034 at 30 years and 2024, 2028 and 2029 at 25 years. These are our calculations and not a county determination, and the county's own 2033 date is the one printed on its list. Ask the association which date it is working to and whether any inspection has been done.
What does the structural integrity reserve study require?
Florida Statutes 718.112(2)(g) requires a structural integrity reserve study at least every 10 years for each building of three habitable stories or higher. It covers the roof, structure, fireproofing, plumbing, electrical systems, waterproofing and exterior painting, windows and exterior doors, and any item whose deferred maintenance would exceed $25,000. An association controlled by unit owners and existing on July 1, 2022 had to finish its first study by December 31, 2025, and in no event after December 31, 2026. Whether the Waterford Place study exists is not verified.
What should a buyer ask for?
Ask for the completed reserve study, the reserve schedule in the current budget, any milestone inspection summary for the building, and the board minutes that discuss either. The statute requires an association to give owners the inspector's summary within 45 days of receiving a report, so a summary should exist if an inspection has happened. Put these requests in writing with the estoppel request, and read the findings before the inspection period ends.
What are the Waterford Place rental and pet rules?
Waterford Place owners who lease their condo file the Eagle Creek lease application at least 45 days before arrival, rent for 30 days to 6 months under the club's rental program, and cannot keep a renter's pet in a leased condominium unit. Buyers file a purchase application at least 20 days before closing.
What is the purchase application deadline?
The community's purchase application asks that it be submitted at least 20 days before the closing date, and an incomplete application is not processed or approved. It is filed with the property management office, and the club's resident application is a separate step with its own timing. Build both into the contract timeline so closing does not slip.
Can a Waterford Place owner rent the condo?
Leasing is allowed with approval. The community's 2025 to 2026 lease application is due at least 45 days before arrival and authorizes a background review, and the club asks the owner for a membership transfer authorization at least 30 days before a lease and the renter for a rental membership. The club's FAQ says rentals run a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 6 months, which rules out daily and weekly rentals. Its rental plans are limited to three years, and the club welcomes 70 renters a season. Listing records for Waterford Place show four leases a year, which may be a declaration rule, so confirm it before you plan to rent.
Are pets allowed at Waterford Place?
The lease application says a renter's pet is "not allowed to be kept at any time in a leased condominium unit," a rule dated 2025 to 2026. For owners, pet limits apply and the community posts a dog registration form. Weight, breed and guest-pet terms sit in the declaration and rules, which are behind an owner login, so request them before you make an offer.
What other rules affect daily life?
Commercial and oversized vehicles stay in the garage, and the speed limit is 25 miles per hour. A condominium unit renovation application is due 30 days before work starts, and contractors work Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. "For Sale" signs are prohibited at all times. Exterior changes need Architectural Review Committee approval, and the handbook lists approved hurricane protection such as roll-down shutters and impact windows.
Is Waterford Place in a flood zone?
Waterford Place buildings sit in FEMA Zone AE with a base flood elevation of 8 feet on the effective map as Collier County republishes it: all 12 of 12 test points across the three buildings returned the same result on October 28, 2026. Zone AE is a special flood hazard area. Data updated: October 2026.
What does the effective flood map show?
The county's FEMA layer returned Zone AE, coastal floodplain, base flood elevation 8 feet, at 4 of 4 points in each of the three buildings. A zone applies to each address, and an elevation certificate shows how a building's lowest floor compares with the base flood level. The county's open elevation certificate layer has records for 720 and 730 Waterford Drive and none for 740, and none of those records carries a base flood or lowest-floor value. The preliminary FEMA map released March 20, 2025 showed AE 8 ft in earlier Eagle Creek samples; it was not re-run for these buildings. Its 90 day appeal period began August 19, 2026, the county's target effective date is summer 2027, and FEMA's preliminary viewer lets you check an address. Unincorporated Collier is a Community Rating System Class 5 community, which FEMA ties to a 25 percent premium discount in the flood hazard area.
What are the evacuation zone and the wind rating?
Collier County's evacuation layer returned Evacuation Zone A at 12 of 12 points, and the state says Zone A is typically the most vulnerable and the most likely to evacuate first. Look up your exact address each season and follow county orders. The county's building code wind layer shows a design wind speed of 166 miles per hour at all 12 points, a design value and not a forecast. The buildings were permitted from 1999 to 2004 under earlier code editions, so ask for the roof age, permits and wind-mitigation records.
Did Waterford Place flood in Hurricane Ian?
No public source we found says whether water entered any Waterford Place unit. FEMA claims data show 20 flood insurance claim records after Hurricane Ian in the census block group that holds Eagle Creek, 13 of them with a payment and 13 of them on condominium association building policies. That area is larger than the community, so no count belongs to Waterford Place. Ask the association about repairs and any assessment after Ian.
How does insurance work for a condo owner here?
The association insures the building under Chapter 718, and the owner insures what the declaration assigns, typically interior finishes and contents, with an HO-6 policy. Citizens says its HO-6 policies include loss assessment coverage of up to $2,000, and other carriers differ. The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation lists a Collier County average of $2,271 a year for condominium unit owners with wind and $1,566 without, as of March 31, 2026, noting that the premium charged will vary. FEMA says homes in high-risk zones with government-backed mortgages must carry flood insurance, and a building-level FEMA policy covers the building but not unit contents.
Which schools serve Waterford Place?
Waterford Place buildings zone to Manatee Elementary School, Manatee Middle School and Lely High School: queries for 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive all returned the same three for 2026-27. The state's 2026 grades are an A, an A and a B. Data updated: October 2026.
| School | 2026 grade | 2025 grade | 2024 grade |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manatee Elementary School | A | A | A |
| Manatee Middle School | A | A | B |
| Lely High School | B | A | B |

How did we check the zoning?
We ran one prefix query per building through the district's address lookup for the 2027 school year, and each returned the same elementary, middle and high school with no rezone values. A lookup is a dated district record and not a guarantee, and the district can change zones. Confirm your exact address with Collier County Public Schools before you rely on it.
What does the district grade add?
Collier County Public Schools earned an A district grade in 2026. This page uses the state's published letters only, with no third-party score and no ranking.

Frequently Asked Questions about Waterford Place condos for sale in Eagle Creek, Naples
These answers cover units, sales, fees, club rules, milestone and reserve rules, flood, schools and distances for Waterford Place. Figures come from the Collier County Property Appraiser, the state condominium registry, club and association documents, county map layers and state agencies, dated in the sections above and listed in Sources.
Is Waterford Place at Eagle Creek a condominium?
Yes. The Florida condominium registry lists Waterford Place Condo as a 44-unit condominium recorded January 14, 1999, inside Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club in Naples. A condominium association handles the buildings, the master association handles the gate, roads and architectural review, and the club requires every owner to hold a membership.
How many units and buildings does Waterford Place have?
Waterford Place has 44 units in 3 buildings at 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive. The county address layer counts 12 units at 720, 16 at 730 and 16 at 740. Do not confuse them with 750 to 780 Waterford Drive, which are Eagle Creek Condominium No. 5, a separate 48-unit condominium.
What have Waterford Place condos sold for?
Collier County recorded 2 qualified sales in the 12 months to October 2, 2026, at $199,000 in January 2026 and $505,000 in May 2026, and none in the 12 months before. Two sales do not make a median, so read each price. Over 24 months the same two sales apply.
Is Waterford Place the same as New Waterford?
No. Waterford Place is three buildings at 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive inside Eagle Creek, in ZIP 34113. The New Waterford condominiums on New Waterford Drive are in ZIP 34104 and are a different community. Portals sometimes attach the Waterford Place name to Condominium No. 5 buildings at 750 to 780 Waterford Drive, so verify every address.
Is a club membership required to buy at Waterford Place?
Yes. The club says every homeowner holds a golf or social membership, and the club says not every property qualifies for golf. Buying a Waterford Place condo therefore means joining the member-owned club. Pricing is available upon request, and you should get the unit's designation from the club in writing before contract.
Does a Waterford Place condo include golf?
Not automatically. Which membership attaches to a unit is decided per unit, and the club tells buyers to confirm the designation before purchasing. The club's website says golf memberships are capped at 370, and a social membership includes golfing privileges from May 1 to November 30. Ask the membership office, by email, about the specific unit.
What are the dues at Waterford Place?
No current figure is published on a page we could read. The community association posted a fee schedule for 2020 to 2021 that lists Waterford Place as its own line, but it is five years old, so we print no number. The estoppel certificate and the current budget give the real dues and what they cover.
How fast does an estoppel certificate arrive?
Florida Statutes 718.116(8) gives a condominium association 10 business days after a written or electronic request to issue the estoppel certificate, and it caps the fee when nothing is delinquent. The certificate states the assessment, amounts owed, any capital contribution or transfer fee and whether board approval or a right of first refusal applies.
How many floors do the Waterford Place buildings have?
Listing records describe four-story buildings with elevators, and county unit numbers from 101 to 404 imply four floors. That is an inference and not a plan. The community's planned unit development caps condominiums at three living stories, with four in Tract M-2, and which tract holds Waterford Place is not verified, so confirm at a showing.
What flood zone is Waterford Place in?
FEMA's effective flood map, as republished by Collier County, placed all three Waterford Place buildings in Zone AE with a base flood elevation of 8 feet on October 28, 2026, at 12 of 12 test points. AE is a special flood hazard area. Ask for the elevation certificate and confirm requirements with your lender.
Do I need flood insurance to buy at Waterford Place?
Your lender decides. FEMA says homes in high-risk flood areas with government-backed mortgages must carry flood insurance, and Zone AE is high risk. In a condominium the association usually insures the building, so ask for its flood coverage and its declarations page. A cash buyer faces no lender requirement, but the risk remains.
Is the flood map changing for Waterford Place?
Collier County says preliminary flood maps were released March 20, 2025, a 90 day appeal period began August 19, 2026, and the target effective date is summer 2027, subject to change. Earlier Eagle Creek samples on the preliminary map showed AE 8 ft, but these buildings were not re-run, so check FEMA's viewer.
What evacuation zone is Waterford Place in?
Collier County's evacuation layer returned Evacuation Zone A at 12 of 12 test points across the three buildings on October 28, 2026. The state says Zone A is typically the most vulnerable and the most likely to evacuate first. Enter your own address in the county lookup each season and follow county orders.
Has Waterford Place had its milestone inspection?
Collier County's January 2026 milestone list names 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive with certificate of occupancy dates from 1999 to 2004 and a next milestone date of January 1, 2033. The list does not say whether an inspection was done or passed. Ask the association for any inspection summary and the building's reserve study.
Does Waterford Place need a structural integrity reserve study?
Florida Statutes 718.112(2)(g) requires one at least every 10 years for each condominium building of three habitable stories or higher, and the four-story description puts these buildings in scope. An association like this had to finish its first study by December 31, 2025, and in no event after December 31, 2026. Ask for the completed study.
Can I rent out a Waterford Place condo?
Leasing is allowed with approval. The community lease application is due at least 45 days before arrival, the club requires a rental membership, and rentals run at least 30 days and at most 6 months. Daily and weekly rentals are not allowed. Listing records show four leases a year, so read the declaration before you buy to rent.
Are pets allowed at Waterford Place?
A renter's pet is not allowed in a leased condominium unit, per the community's 2025 to 2026 lease application. For owners, pet limits apply and a dog registration form is posted. Weight and breed terms sit in the declaration and rules, which require an owner login, so request them before you make an offer.
Is Waterford Place gated?
Yes. Eagle Creek has a staffed 24-hour gatehouse and a rear gate with bar codes, and the master association describes background and credit checks for new residents. Waterford Place sits inside the gates, and guests and contractors are admitted under the association's access procedures, which the property management office can explain.
What schools serve Waterford Place?
Collier County's address lookup, run October 28, 2026, zoned the buildings at 720, 730 and 740 Waterford Drive to Manatee Elementary, Manatee Middle and Lely High School for 2026-27. The state's 2026 grades are A, A and B. Zones can change, so confirm your address with the district.
How far is Waterford Place from Publix and the hospital?
By free-flow road estimates, Publix on Tamiami Trail East is about 0.7 to 0.8 miles and 3 minutes away, and Physicians Regional on Collier Boulevard is about 3.8 to 3.9 miles and 8 minutes. NCH Baker Hospital in downtown Naples is about 9.3 to 9.4 miles. These are approximate and not live traffic.
How far is Waterford Place from the beach and the airport?
Free-flow estimates put Lowdermilk Park about 10.5 to 10.6 miles and 21 minutes away, and the Naples Pier about 9.6 to 9.7 miles. Naples Airport is about 8.5 miles, Southwest Florida International about 37 miles and 49 minutes, and the I-75 Exit 101 ramp about 7.5 miles. Traffic changes these times.
How much is condo insurance in Collier County?
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation lists a Collier County average of $2,271 a year for condominium unit owners with wind coverage and $1,566 without, as of March 31, 2026. It is a county average and not a quote. The premium for a Waterford Place unit depends on coverage, deductible, carrier and the association's policy.
