Paloma Homes for Sale in Bonita Springs, FL

Paloma homes for sale in a gated D.R. Horton community of 331 houses, villas and Paloma Grande condos off Imperial Parkway, with recorded sales by home type and section, the association's own 2026 dues and the FEMA letters behind the flood map. Updated October 2026.
All Bonita Springs Communities

Paloma is a gated community of 331 homes on the east side of Imperial Parkway in the City of Bonita Springs, ZIP 34135: 151 single-family houses, 44 villas and 136 Paloma Grande condominium units, almost all built by D.R. Horton from 2013 to 2019 around a chain of lakes between the parkway and I-75. Every home is now a resale. On October 21, 2026 the Southwest Florida MLS showed 4 Paloma homes for sale from $299,999 to $449,000, 1 more under contract, and 34 closings in the previous 12 months at a $418,500 median.

Paloma sells at two very different price levels: the Paloma Grande condos trade in the low to high $300,000s and the single-family houses from the mid $400,000s to $740,000. So this page splits the recorded sales by home type, size and plat section, then adds up what a buyer pays to own: the association's own 2026 dues for each home type, the charges at closing, taxes in the City of Bonita Springs and the rules the association enforces. Paloma is one of the Bonita Springs communities we track for buyers shopping Bonita Springs homes for sale. It is not Paloma at Palmira, a separate condominium inside Palmira Golf and Country Club east of I-75.

Updated October 2026. Data updated: October 2026.

Key takeaways for Paloma buyers

  • Paloma has 331 homes under one master association: 151 houses and 44 villas on the Paloma Phase One to Three plats and the older Villages at Old Cypress plat, plus 136 condo units in 34 two-story Paloma Grande buildings, all in ZIP 34135 inside the City of Bonita Springs.
  • The MLS recorded 34 Paloma closings in the 12 months to October 21, 2026, at a $418,500 median, $256 a square foot, 65.5 median days on market and 96.3 percent of the final list price.
  • 4 homes were for sale on October 21, 2026, asking $299,999 to $449,000 with a $342,000 median, about 1.4 months of supply at the 12-month pace, a tight market.
  • In the last 24 months Paloma Grande condos sold at a $335,000 median, while single-family houses on the Paloma plats sold from $425,000 to $740,000.
  • The association's 2026 budget sets quarterly dues of $1,020.51 for a house, $997.52 for a villa and $640.74 for a Paloma Grande unit; Paloma Grande owners also pay their condominium association, about $1,361 a quarter on 2026 listings.
  • Buyers pay a $1,000 capital contribution at closing, the board approves every sale, and leases run 3 to 12 months under a 15 percent cap with no leasing in the first year of ownership.
  • There is no community development district on the 2026 tax notices, no golf course and no age restriction.
  • FEMA's map puts most Paloma parcels in Zone AE, but FEMA letters issued from 2013 to 2018 removed most of the platted lots and the first 20 Paloma Grande buildings from the high-risk area, so the letter for the exact address decides the flood insurance question.

Paloma homes for sale right now

On October 21, 2026 the Southwest Florida MLS listed 4 active Paloma homes, asking $299,999 to $449,000 with a $342,000 median, and 1 more under contract at $370,000. At the 12-month pace of about 2.8 closings a month, that is about 1.4 months of supply, a seller's market by any measure, so a buyer who wants Paloma should have financing and an offer strategy ready before the right home lists.

Four of the five homes on the market were Paloma Grande condos, which is typical: the condos make up 41 percent of the community and most of its turnover. The only non-condo listing was a 2014 villa on the Villages at Old Cypress plat. No single-family house on the Paloma plats was listed that day, so a house buyer should set up an alert and expect to move quickly. Listings change daily, so search current listings for today's Paloma homes for sale.

What do Paloma homes sell for?

The Paloma median sale has held close to $420,000 for three years: $418,500 over 12 months and $422,000 over 24 and 36 months, with a $440,000 5-year median because 2022 and 2023 closings ran higher. Here is every window from the MLS pull of October 21, 2026, counting only homes marketed on the MLS.

A community-wide median blends condos and houses, so read it next to the splits by home type and section further down this page: the median moves with the mix of what sold, not only with prices.

Recorded sales on the county file

The Lee County Property Appraiser's sale file, which records the deed rather than the listing, tells the same story. Through September 25, 2026 it shows 33 qualified Paloma sales in 12 months at a $415,000 median, 57 in 24 months at a $425,000 median and 119 in 5 years at a $441,711 median. Every one of them was a resale; no Paloma home has sold from the builder since 2019.

Paloma sales by price band

Price band, MLS closings in the 12 months to October 21, 2026Closings

$300,000 to $400,00011
$400,000 to $500,0006
$500,000 to $750,00014

The bands show the two markets inside Paloma: 14 of the last year's 34 closings landed under $400,000, the band where Paloma Grande condos trade (their 24-month range ran from $285,000 to $383,000), and 14 landed between $500,000 and $750,000, where most single-family houses on the Paloma plats trade.

How Paloma resale prices moved, 2020 to 2026

The county sale file separates each home's first sale from the builder from every later resale. Once D.R. Horton had sold out in 2019, resales set the price.

202417$410,000
202522$434,500
2026, to September 2528$418,500

From the 2020 median of $325,000 to the 2025 median of $434,500 the recorded resale price rose about 34 percent, with the peak in 2023. Each year's median also moves with the mix of condos and houses that resold, so compare a home with sales of its own type. 2026 is already the busiest resale year since 2021, with 28 recorded sales by late September.

2026, to October 2130$418,500

The MLS pull begins in late 2021, so 2021 holds only 6 closings and is left out of this table; 2026 is a partial year.

How long Paloma homes take to sell

The median Paloma home sold in 65.5 days over the last 12 months and closed at 96.3 percent of its final list price. Over 5 years the median was 33 days and 97.7 percent, so homes take about twice as long to sell now as in the 2021 to 2022 run, and buyers have a little more room to negotiate. The condos take longest: Paloma Grande units sold in a 123-day median over 24 months, against 14 days for the Phase Two houses.

Paloma homes by type, size and bedrooms

Size is the cleanest way to read a Paloma price, because the community runs from 1,279 square foot condo units to 3,500 square foot two-story houses, and each size trades in its own price band. The table splits the 57 MLS closings of the last 24 months by living area as the MLS records it.

Homes under 1,500 square feet

Fourteen homes under 1,500 square feet closed in 24 months, at a $318,750 median and $240 a square foot. These are the first-floor Paloma Grande units and the smallest villas, and they are the entry point to Paloma: the four lowest sales of the last two years were all 1,402 square foot Paloma Grande units on Palace Lane at $285,000 to $295,000.

Homes of 1,500 to 1,999 square feet

This is the biggest band: 36 of 57 closings at a $440,000 median and $275 a square foot. It holds very different homes, the second-floor Paloma Grande units of about 1,532 to 1,661 square feet, the 1,519 square foot Cambridge villas and the Edison and Pembroke houses of about 1,805 to 1,983 square feet, which is why its range runs from $325,000 to $680,000.

Homes of 2,000 to 2,499 square feet

Only two homes of 2,000 to 2,499 square feet sold in 24 months, at $580,000 and $715,000. The one-story Ashbury plan falls here.

Homes of 2,500 square feet and up

Five homes of 2,500 square feet or more sold at a $715,000 median, the top of the Paloma market. These are the two-story Bedford, Skylark and Newport plans; the highest sale of the last 24 months was a 2,611 square foot Phase One home on Monte Carlo Boulevard at $740,000 in June 2026.

Two bedrooms and a den, the usual Paloma Grande and villa layout, and three bedrooms and a den, the usual house layout, account for 43 of the 57 closings. On the county roll the 331 homes split into 105 two-bedroom, 197 three-bedroom, 20 four-bedroom and 8 five-bedroom homes, with one condo unit missing from the roll extract.

The five sections of Paloma

Paloma was recorded in pieces over ten years: the Villages at Old Cypress Phase I plat of 2008, the Paloma Phase One to Three plats of 2013 and 2014, and the Paloma Grande condominium declared from 2016 on the Phase Four tract. Each section has its own home type, its own era and its own price level, so the section on a listing tells a buyer a good deal about the home.

The county roll extract behind the sales columns carries 135 of the 136 Paloma Grande units; the parcel layer carries all 136.

Paloma Phase One

Phase One holds 33 houses along Monte Carlo Boulevard, the first D.R. Horton homes in Paloma, closed from October 2013. All but two of its lots carry the county's lake land flag, and its 12-month median of $636,250 is the highest of any section.

Paloma Phase Two

Phase Two's 43 houses line Saint Michael Lane and part of Saint Roman Way. They resell fastest in Paloma: the Phase Two houses sold in a 14-day median over the last 24 months, and the section's 5-year median of $670,000 is the highest in the community.

Paloma Phase Three

Phase Three is the largest house section, 56 homes on Grand Prix Drive and Saint Roman Way built in 2015 and 2016. It has the most pools of any section, 24, and the largest lots in Paloma, up to 0.388 acre.

Villages at Old Cypress Phase I

These 63 homes on Prince Pierre Way, Saint Roman Way and Monte Carlo Boulevard sit on a 2008 plat that predates the Paloma name, but the plat is part of Paloma's governing declaration, so they share the same gate, association and amenities. 44 of them are one-story villas, most of them the Bradford and Cambridge plans of about 1,342 to 1,519 square feet, and the rest are detached houses. Ten were built from 2008 to 2011 by an earlier developer; the rest are D.R. Horton homes of 2013 and 2014.

Paloma Grande

Paloma Grande is the condominium inside Paloma: 136 units in 34 two-story buildings of four units each on Palace Lane and Monte Carlo Boulevard, built from 2016 to 2019. Every unit has a one-car garage and every unit carries the county's lake land flag. The section has its own condominium association on top of the master, which the next sections explain.

Streets

Le Riviera Drive is the entrance road from Imperial Parkway; inside the gate, Grand Prix Drive, Monte Carlo Boulevard and Saint Roman Way carry most addresses, with Saint Michael Lane, Prince Pierre Way and Palace Lane branching from them.

D.R. Horton homes and floor plans

D.R. Horton took over the development in 2012 and sold Paloma from 2013 to 2019 in three product lines: one-story and two-story houses, one-story villas, and two-story carriage-home condo buildings. The association keeps a list that assigns a model to every address, so a buyer can compare a home with others of the same plan.

Builder square feet and base prices come from D.R. Horton's own Paloma pages as archived on December 20, 2014, before options and lot premiums; they are history, not today's value. The county's heated area for the same homes runs a little differently, so this page uses county figures everywhere else.

The Edison

The Edison is the Paloma house: 70 of the 151 houses on the association's list are Edisons, and it was one of the two furnished models D.R. Horton opened in 2014. It is a one-story plan of about 1,983 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage, and it is the plan a Paloma house buyer will see most often.

The two-story plans

The Bedford, Skylark and Newport are Paloma's two-story homes, 43 in all, and Lee County's parcel layer records exactly 43 two-story single-family homes. The Newport, the other 2014 model home, is the largest plan at 3,552 builder square feet with five bedrooms.

The villas

The 44 villas are one-story homes with two-car garages: 32 Cambridge villas of about 1,519 square feet, which D.R. Horton sold in 2014 as the Wellington from $263,990, 4 Bradford villas of about 1,342 square feet and 8 older villas of about 1,622 to 1,978 square feet built before D.R. Horton arrived. The association assesses villas as their own class, at $997.52 a quarter in 2026, and maintains their exteriors.

Paloma Grande carriage homes

D.R. Horton marketed the Paloma Grande units as carriage homes: the first-floor Samone, 1,402 builder square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and a den, and the second-floor Victoria, 1,661 builder square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. In August 2017 they were priced from $237,990 and $260,990. There are 68 of each.

Garages, driveways and parking

Every house and villa has a two-car garage and every Paloma Grande unit a one-car garage. The association's list also records each address's driveway spaces, from one to six, and it uses that list to cap how many vehicles a tenant may keep, so ask for the line for the home you are weighing.

Pools and lake lots

Lee County's parcel layer flags a private pool on 68 of the 195 houses and villas, about 35 percent; the condos have none. The lakes are Paloma's view: 282 of the 331 homes carry the county's lake land flag, including all 136 Paloma Grande units. Lots on the Paloma plats run from about 0.15 to 0.39 acre and lots on the Villages at Old Cypress plat from about 0.11 to 0.34 acre.

How the homes were built

D.R. Horton's Paloma marketing described tile roofs and paver driveways, and listing remarks describe storm shutters as the original window protection on at least some houses, with impact glass added later by some owners. Ask which openings on the home you are weighing have impact glass or shutters, and the age of the roof, since both change the insurance quote: the oldest D.R. Horton roofs here date from 2013.

Paloma Grande: buying a condo inside Paloma

A Paloma Grande buyer owns a condominium unit, not a lot, so the purchase carries a second association, a building insurance policy held by that association and a few Florida condominium rules that do not apply to the houses. These are the points that make a Paloma Grande purchase different.

Two associations

Paloma Grande owners belong to Paloma Grande Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit filed April 11, 2016 (document N16000003729), and to the Paloma Community Association, the master for all 331 homes. Each sends its own quarterly bill, and each has its own estoppel certificate at resale.

What the condo fee covers

The condominium declaration requires the condo association to insure the buildings at no less than full replacement value, so the building policy is in the condo fee. The owner insures the inside of the unit, its floor and wall coverings, fixtures, appliances and cabinets, with an HO-6 policy.

Milestone inspections and reserve studies

Florida's milestone inspection law and its structural integrity reserve study rule apply to condominium buildings of three habitable stories or more. Every Paloma Grande building has two stories, so neither applies, but the condo budget must still carry reserves for the roof, painting and other major items unless the owners vote to waive them, so ask for the budget and the reserve schedule.

Your right to cancel

A Florida condo resale buyer may cancel within 7 days, excluding weekends and legal holidays, after signing the contract and receiving the condominium documents, including the declaration, the rules, the budget and the statement on the reserve study and milestone inspection. Read them inside that window.

Rules in the condo layer

The condominium declaration allows no more than two domestic pets, collects its assessments quarterly and bars owners from changing the building exterior; the master association's 3-month lease minimum and 15 percent cap apply to the condos too.

What does it cost to own a home in Paloma?

The Paloma Community Association posts its 2026 budget for owners and buyers, so the master dues below come from the association's own document, and the estoppel certificate on your contract is the final word on any home. Here is what a buyer should expect to pay each year and at closing.

The master association dues

Home type2026 quarterly assessmentPer year
Single-family house$1,020.51$4,082.04
Villa$997.52$3,990.08
Paloma Grande carriage home$640.74$2,562.96

The dues are set in the association's Proposed 2026 Budget, which totals $1,047,490.32 in operating costs. The house rate is higher because the association mows and maintains every house lot; the villa rate covers the villas' exterior painting, pressure cleaning and routine roof care.

What the dues cover

The 2026 budget pays for professional management, the common grounds and the house lawns, irrigation, the lakes, their banks and fountains, the street lights, the gate, the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, tennis and bocce courts, insurance on the common areas and a contingency line. The budget has no bulk cable or internet contract, so owners choose their own provider.

Paloma Grande condo dues

On top of the $640.74 master assessment, Paloma Grande owners pay their condominium association. The condo association does not publish its budget outside its owners' portal; 2026 MLS listings report about $1,361 a quarter, which puts a Paloma Grande owner's two associations at about $2,002 a quarter, or about $8,007 a year. The condo estoppel certificate gives the exact figure.

What a buyer pays at closing

Every Paloma buyer pays the association a one-time $1,000 capital contribution at closing, under a 2022 amendment to the declaration, and a Paloma Grande buyer pays the condo association $100 more in working capital. Florida law caps an estoppel certificate fee at $250, plus $100 if expedited, and the contract decides whether the buyer or the seller pays it.

Board approval

The 2025 amended declaration requires the board's written approval of every Paloma sale. The seller gives the board 30 days' notice, the buyer completes the association's New Buyer Form and may be asked for an interview, and the board decides within 30 days of a complete application, so build about a month into the contract timeline.

A year of costs, worked examples

Take a buyer who closes on a Paloma house with a taxable value of $450,000 and no homestead exemption. At the 2026 proposed total millage of 12.8217 the property tax is about $5,770, the 2025 bill on a Phase One house carried $408.45 in city stormwater and county solid waste charges, and the master dues are $4,082.04, so the yearly cost of owning, before insurance and utilities, is about $10,260. With a homestead exemption on the same home the tax falls to about $5,260.

A Paloma Grande buyer with a taxable value of $335,000 and no homestead exemption pays about $4,295 in property tax, $2,562.96 to the master association and about $5,444 to the condo association, about $12,302 a year before the HO-6 policy and utilities.

Property taxes and the tax bill

Paloma sits in Lee County taxing district 017, City of Bonita Springs and Bonita Springs Fire. The total millage was 12.7970 in 2025 and is 12.8217 proposed for 2026, about $1,282 a year for each $100,000 of taxable value. A buyer's assessment resets to market value the year after purchase, so the seller's tax bill is not a guide to yours.

Is there a CDD in Paloma?

No. The 2026 Truth in Millage notices for a Paloma Grande unit, a Villages at Old Cypress home and a Phase Three home list the county, schools, city, library, water management, fire, mosquito, hyacinth and navigation districts and no community development district, and the 2025 tax bill for a Phase One house carries no CDD line. Paloma at Palmira, east of I-75, is a different community.

The estoppel certificate

Each association must deliver an estoppel certificate within 10 business days of a request. It states the dues owed, any special assessment, the capital contribution, any open violation and whether the board must approve the sale, so it confirms every number on this page for the home you buy.

The association behind Paloma

Paloma Community Association, Inc. is the master association for all 331 homes, so every Paloma buyer joins it, pays its dues and follows its rules; Paloma Grande buyers join their condominium association as well. The master is a Florida not-for-profit corporation, document number N07000011645, filed November 7, 2007, and active on the state's corporate register.

From developers to the owners

The land passed through three developers before the owners took over. AMA Tesone Development recorded the master declaration in 2009, South Lee Investments took over the developer rights in 2010, and D.R. Horton took over in October 2012, recorded the Paloma plats and built the community out. The owners took control of the association from D.R. Horton on December 28, 2018.

The manager

The association is professionally managed with an on-site community association manager, and its 2026 budget carries an $80,000 management line. Confirm the current manager and estoppel contact when you order the certificate, since some third-party sites name a management company that serves a different Paloma in Palm Beach County.

The recorded documents

The plats are recorded in Lee County as instruments 2008000255890 (Villages at Old Cypress Phase I), 2013000114460 (Paloma Phase One), 2013000188524 (Paloma Phase Two), 2014000175060 (Paloma Phase Three) and 2015000268601 (Paloma Phase Four); the Paloma Grande declaration is instrument 2016000183131. The owners adopted an amended declaration on September 8, 2025. Ask for the current declaration, the rules and the amendments with your contract.

Clubhouse and amenities at Paloma

The Paloma amenity center sits on Grand Prix Drive just inside the gate, on a 2.43 acre tract the association owns, and the dues pay for all of it. There is no golf course, marina or boat dock in Paloma, and the lakes are for looking at rather than boating.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse is a 3,326 square foot building completed in 2015 with a gathering room, a conference room and a catering kitchen. It is open from 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and owners can reserve it for private events of up to 45 guests.

Pool

The resort-style pool beside the clubhouse is open from dawn to dusk.

Fitness center

The clubhouse holds a fitness center, which D.R. Horton listed with the original amenity package and the association still operates.

Tennis and bocce

Two tennis courts and a bocce court sit beside the clubhouse, and the 2026 budget carries a maintenance line for each.

The lakes

Seven lake tracts, about 35 acres of water, wind through Paloma, with fountains the association maintains. The rules allow no swimming, boating or watercraft on the lakes and no docks, and kayaks and canoes must be kept in a closed garage.

Gate and entrance

Paloma is gated, with a resident lane that opens for a vehicle RFID sticker the association installs for $30 and a visitor lane where every guest stops at a kiosk. Guests are registered through the Safe Passage system. Nothing in the association's documents describes a staffed guard, so think of it as an access-controlled gate rather than a guard gate.

Social calendar

The association's site describes a monthly Saturday coffee in season, a monthly Friday happy hour, holiday events and card and craft groups, with residents out walking and biking every day.

Paloma rules worth knowing before you buy

Paloma's rules are posted by the association and are specific, and the 2025 amended declaration tightened leasing. These are the rules buyers ask about most; the recorded declaration governs where the two differ, and the board can change the rules, so read the current set with your contract.

Leasing

Leases must run at least 3 months and no more than 12 months, with no month-to-month leases, no subleasing and no more than four leases a calendar year. Every lease goes to the association with a $150 application fee at least 20 days before it starts. Owners lose use of the amenities while their home is leased.

The 15 percent cap and the first-year rule

No more than 15 percent of Paloma's homes, 50 of 331, may be leased at once; the association says it averages 42 to 48 leases, with the most from January to April, and keeps a wait list when it is full. A home bought after August 20, 2025 cannot be leased in its first year of ownership. If you are buying to rent, ask the association where the cap stands before you sign.

Pets

The rules allow up to two dogs or two cats. American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers and their mixes are prohibited, pets must be leashed outside an enclosed yard or lanai, and they may not be left unattended in a garage, lanai or car.

Boats, RVs and vehicles

Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles and commercial vehicles may not be parked outside a closed garage. Residents may not park on the street, guests may for up to 4 hours, and vehicles over 8 feet tall may not stay overnight in a driveway. Golf carts and ATVs may not be driven in the community, and the speed limit is 20 miles an hour.

Fences, pools and screen enclosures

Fences need architectural approval, run 4 to 6 feet and are not allowed on lake lots; on other lots they must be black or bronze aluminum or white PVC. Pools need approval and a $1,500 refundable deposit and may not extend past the side of the house, above-ground pools are prohibited, and screen enclosures must be black or bronze with a mansard roof.

Generators, solar and shutters

Permanent generators are allowed with approval and a city permit if they run on propane from a buried tank and are screened with shrubs. Roof-mounted solar panels are allowed below the ridge with approval. Bahama shutters are not allowed, and the builder's storm panels may go up no more than 7 days before a storm and must come down within 14 days after.

Is Paloma in a flood zone?

On FEMA's effective flood map, 49 of the 60 Paloma parcels in our sample of the National Flood Hazard Layer fall in Zone AE, a Special Flood Hazard Area, and 10 in shaded Zone X. But the map is not the whole answer in Paloma, because FEMA issued a series of letters from 2013 to 2018 that removed most of the platted lots and the first 20 Paloma Grande buildings from the high-risk area.

The FEMA letters

FEMA caseTypeIssuedCoversOutcome
13-04-1986ALOMAApril 2, 2013Villages at Old Cypress Phase IProperty removed

18-04-2458ALOMR-FMarch 2, 2018Paloma Grande, Phases 1 to 20Property removed

A letter applies to the lots or buildings it names, and FEMA does not redraw the map for it, which is why the map still reads AE. Paloma Grande Phases 21 to 34 and any lot a letter does not name need their own check, so ask the seller for the elevation certificate and the letter that covers the exact address.

Hurricane evacuation zone

Every sampled point in Paloma sits in Lee County evacuation Zone B and storm surge zone 2. Zone B is called to evacuate in a strong storm, after Zone A, so keep the county's evacuation map handy during hurricane season.

Flood insurance

A lender requires flood insurance for a home in Zone AE unless a FEMA letter removed it from the hazard area. Even where it is not required, ask an insurance agent to quote a policy for the exact address, because heavy rain does not stop at a map line.

Schools near Paloma

The School District of Lee County assigns schools by proximity zone, not by a single school. Paloma addresses fall in Elementary Zone Q, Middle Zone GG and High School South Zone 3 for the 2026 to 2027 school year, and families rank the schools in their zone.

Utilities and internet

Florida Power and Light provides electricity and Bonita Springs Utilities provides water and sewer. Waste Management collects trash curbside. The association has no bulk internet contract, so check the FCC National Broadband Map for the providers at the exact address.

Built from 2008 to 2019

Paloma's oldest homes, on the Villages at Old Cypress plat, date from 2008, but the community as it stands is D.R. Horton's: the builder opened its models in 2014, finished the clubhouse in 2015 and declared the Paloma Grande condominium in 2016. The county sale file shows D.R. Horton's first sales peaking at 84 homes in 2014 and ending with 20 in 2019. Of the 328 homes with a recorded sale, 177 have resold at least once.

Is Paloma still selling new homes?

No. Paloma sold out in 2019 and D.R. Horton's current Bonita Springs page lists no Paloma homes, so every purchase is a resale. For homes still selling from a builder, see Bonita Springs new construction.

Paloma, Paloma Grande and Paloma at Palmira

Three Bonita Springs names share the word Paloma, and listing sites mix them up, so it pays to know which one a listing means. Paloma is this community off Imperial Parkway; Paloma Grande is the condominium inside it; Paloma at Palmira is somewhere else entirely.

Paloma Grande is inside Paloma

A Paloma Grande listing is a condo inside the Paloma gate, with full use of the Paloma clubhouse and pool, a Paloma Community Association membership and a condo association on top.

Paloma at Palmira is a different community

Paloma at Palmira is a group of condominium buildings on Bellino Terrace inside Palmira Golf and Country Club, east of I-75, with its own association. See our Palmira homes for sale page for it.

Other Palomas

A Paloma in Palm Beach Gardens and a Paloma Park in Cape Coral also turn up in searches and in some third-party association listings; neither is connected to this community.

Paloma and other communities nearby

Paloma pairs a gate and a full amenity center with no golf membership, no CDD and, through Paloma Grande, recorded sales from $285,000. If your search has room for a golf club, an age-restricted community or other gated neighborhoods, these pages are the next stop.

Hawthorne, across the parkway

Hawthorne is a separate gated community directly across Imperial Parkway, with its own association and its own rules. See our Hawthorne homes for sale page.

Thinking of selling a Paloma home?

Paloma buyers price a home by its type, its plan and its lake view, so a home priced against recorded sales of the same plan in the same section sells faster than one priced against the community median. To see what yours is worth, start with a Paloma home valuation from McGreevy and Comisar.
