Why Coconut Point

Coconut Point is the walkable town center of Estero and the address for 490 condominium homes. Lee County records 624 parcels carrying the name: 490 residential condominium units in two enclaves, and 134 office, retail and common element parcels. All 624 sit inside the Village of Estero.
There are no single family homes in Coconut Point. Every home here is a condominium, split between The Residences at the north end near the shops and Mirasol on its own street set to the south. The two enclaves are about four tenths of a mile apart and were built in different eras, so they read as separate places rather than one ring.
