Why The Ridge

The Ridge sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community that WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41 on Estero Bay. Its roughly 45 custom estate homes were built in the late 1990s on elevated homesites that overlook the golf course and four interior lakes.
Homes here generally run from about 3,000 to more than 5,000 square feet, with private pools, screened lanais, and long water and fairway views. The Ridge is one of the premier estate addresses in mainland Pelican Landing, prized for its elevation and its golf and lake vistas.

A Day in The Ridge

Over Golf and Lakes

The Ridge overlooks the golf course and four interior lakes, giving many homes elevated, long-range views. Residents are minutes from Pelican Landing's marina, tennis center, and community center. Golf at The Nest is a separate, optional membership.

Community Amenities

Pelican Landing residents share a 34-acre private beach park on Big Hickory Island, reached by a 12-minute community shuttle boat across Estero Bay, plus a 12-court Har-Tru tennis center, a sailing center, kayaking and canoeing on Spring Creek, and a 14,900-square-foot community center with a fitness studio and resort-style pool. The Nest golf club, with two Tom Fazio championship courses, is a separate, optional membership.
