Why Bay Creek

Bay Creek is the custom-estate enclave inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41. Fewer than 35 homes, about 33 in all, were built by preferred custom builders between 1996 and 2005 on some of the largest lots in the community, many fronting Spring Creek or the golf course.
Homes range from roughly 3,500 to more than 7,000 square feet, with room for private pools, guest suites, and deep water or preserve views. Bay Creek is widely regarded as the luxury flagship of mainland Pelican Landing and regularly holds the community's top single-family sales. It is a separate neighborhood from Bay Crest, the community's attached-villa enclave, despite the similar name.

The Nest golf club, with two Tom Fazio championship courses, is a separate, optional membership.
