Why Palmetto Ridge

Palmetto Ridge is an enclave of sixty-four coach homes at the north end of Shadow Wood at The Brooks, built by Centex around 2002 and 2003 along namesake Palmetto Ridge Drive in Estero. These are true coach homes, two-story buildings with one residence up and one down rather than attached villas, set within Bonita Bay Group's Shadow Wood.

The Montego and Osprey floor plans run from about 1,600 to just over 2,000 square feet, each with an attached one or two car garage and a roughly 200 square foot screened lanai. Homes overlook the North Course green and fifth fairway, lakes, and preserve, several from coveted cul-de-sac positions. Golf at Shadow Wood is optional equity membership rather than bundled.
