Why Mystic Ridge
Mystic Ridge sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41. Its roughly 46 carriage-home residences were built in the late 1990s, many with views over The Nest golf course. Mystic Ridge is separate from The Ridge, the community custom estate neighborhood.
Floor plans here generally run around 2,000 square feet, most with screened lanais and open golf or preserve views. Mystic Ridge offers a quiet, low-maintenance home close to the golf course and the rest of Pelican Landing amenities.

Many of Mystic Ridge carriage homes look out over the fairways of The Nest, giving residents open, green views. The neighborhood is a short drive from the beach park shuttle, tennis center, and community center.

Pelican Landing residents share a 34-acre private beach park on Big Hickory Island, reached by a 12-minute community shuttle boat across Estero Bay, plus a 12-court Har-Tru tennis center, a sailing center, kayaking and canoeing on Spring Creek, and a 14,900-square-foot community center with a fitness studio and resort-style pool. The Nest golf club, with two Tom Fazio championship courses, is a separate, optional membership.
