Creekside Crossing sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community that WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41 on Estero Bay. Its roughly 114 low-rise coach-home condominiums were built around 1995 near Spring Creek, the waterway that gives the neighborhood its name and that some listings mistakenly use as the neighborhood label.
