Why Creekside

Creekside sits at the north end of Bonita Bay, bordering Spring Creek and overlooking the community’s Creekside golf course. Its roughly 80 to 100 estate homes were built between 1991 and 2003 along quiet streets including Creekview Drive, Pond Apple Court, Oak Hammock Court, Red Oak Court, and Osprey Nest Court, with roomy lots and mature landscaping.

Architecture ranges from classic Old Florida to Mediterranean, homes run from about 2,900 to 6,300 square feet, and every residence has its own private pool.
