Why Longlake Village

Longlake Village sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community that WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41 on Estero Bay. Its roughly 56 attached villas were built in the mid-1990s along oak-shaded streets, and the neighborhood is separate from the larger single-family neighborhood of Longlake elsewhere in the community.

Villas here generally run from about 1,575 to just under 2,000 square feet, most with attached garages, private lanais, and access to a neighborhood pool and clubhouse. Pelican Landing residents share a 34-acre private beach park on Big Hickory Island, reached by a 12-minute community shuttle boat across Estero Bay, plus a 12-court Har-Tru tennis center, a sailing center, kayaking and canoeing on Spring Creek, and a 14,900-square-foot community center with a fitness studio and resort-style pool.
