Coventry sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community that WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41 on Estero Bay. With only about 8 custom estate homes built in the late 1990s, it is the smallest single-family enclave in the community, tucked along a quiet interior street away from through traffic.

An Intimate Enclave

With just a handful of homes, Coventry is one of the most private pockets in mainland Pelican Landing. Sidewalks and paths connect the enclave to the wider community, and residents are minutes from Pelican Landing's main gate, marina, and community center.

Pelican Landing residents share a 34-acre private beach park on Big Hickory Island, reached by a 12-minute community shuttle boat across Estero Bay, plus a 12-court Har-Tru tennis center, a sailing center, kayaking and canoeing on Spring Creek, and a 14,900-square-foot community center with a fitness studio and resort-style pool. The Nest golf club, with two Tom Fazio championship courses, is a separate, optional membership.
