Sweet Bay is one of Shadow Wood at The Brooks' most recognizable villa neighborhoods, developed by Bonita Bay Group within the community that opened in 1998. Its 38 detached villa homes line a distinctive cobblestone street framed by royal palms and fountains, a streetscape that sets Sweet Bay apart from the rest of the 34-neighborhood community.
