About Jason

Originally from Minnesota, Jason Peterson moved to Marco Island in 1999 and has been practicing real estate in Southwest Florida since 2003. After his two kids graduated high school, a brief bout of what he jokingly calls temporary insanity took him back to Minnesota for three years, where he got licensed and built a successful real estate business in a completely different market. He regained his sanity, moved back to Florida, and has been helping Southwest Florida buyers and sellers ever since.

Two Decades of Market Knowledge

Twenty plus years in the Marco Island and Naples market means Jason has seen every kind of cycle this coast can produce, from boom years to hurricane recoveries, and he knows how to price, negotiate and close in all of them. Having sold real estate in two states, he brings a wider perspective than most local agents, which is especially valuable for northern buyers making the same move he made. He understands exactly what it takes to trade a Midwest winter for life on the Gulf.
