About Kirstin

Kirstin Coverdale is a third generation real estate professional whose roots in the business run all the way back to her childhood. With her father building a real estate career in Naples and her mother working the industry in Tulsa, Kirstin spent her early years around contracts, closings and clients, absorbing the Southwest Florida market long before she was licensed herself.

Her first job was in the rental department at Spanish Wells in Bonita Springs, and in 2005 she made the move to Florida full time, joining the Bonita Village sales team in 2006 to sell new construction condominiums. After six years in Western Massachusetts, the sunshine won: Kirstin returned to Florida in 2014 to work alongside her parents, and in 2018 she joined Domain Realty Group, where she has built a career she is truly passionate about.

Marco Island to Cape Coral

Few agents cover Southwest Florida as broadly or as knowledgeably as Kirstin. Licensed since 2006, she serves buyers and sellers in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva Island. Her new construction background is a real advantage for buyers navigating builder contracts and pre-construction purchases in the region\u2019s fast growing communities.

Rooted in Estero

Kirstin lives in Estero with her two children, so the neighborhoods, schools and daily rhythms of the area are not research to her, they are home. For relocating families especially, that first hand knowledge turns a stressful move into a confident one.
