About Marc
Marc Comisar is a licensed Florida Broker Associate and the partner who spends his days where the business actually happens, which is out of the office. Listing appointments, pricing conversations, job sites and closings.
Licensed since 2003, Marc has spent more than two decades selling homes across Lee and Collier counties. He is a Kent State University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Fine Arts, and both show up in how he positions a listing. Clients describe him as approachable, quick with a joke and relentless once a deal is in motion.
His own work concentrates on luxury homes, new construction, relocation and second-home purchases. Between them those describe most of what genuinely moves in this market, because Southwest Florida runs on buyers arriving from somewhere else and on builders selling homes that do not exist yet.
