The Arthur Hills Signature championship course is 18 holes, par 72, private and members only, and it is the only Signature design by that architect in Southwest Florida.

The Miromar Lakes Community Development District describes the community as east of Interstate 75, south of Alico Road and north of Florida Gulf Coast University, bisected by Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
