Why Vistas

Vistas started it all. Completed in 1998 as the first of Bonita Bay’s high rise towers, this 25 story Lutgert building holds 98 residences ranging from 2,250 to 3,828 square feet in two and three bedroom plus den plans, with larger penthouse layouts up top.

The building has been updated and refreshed over the years to keep pace with its newer neighbors. Residents enjoy a pool and pavilion, fitness center, community and card rooms, a resident workshop, guest suites, and under-building parking, with a resident manager and staff on site.
