About Todd

Born in Lexington, Kentucky but raised in sunny Naples since the age of seven, Todd Pearce is about as close to a Naples native as they come. A third-generation Realtor and a graduate of the University of Central Florida's school of business, Todd spent four years as a national sales representative in Jacksonville before deciding his talents were better suited back home in Naples. He began his real estate career here in 2002 and has never looked back.

New Construction Roots

Todd started his career working for two of the largest developers in new construction homes, an education in the building process that most agents never get. That insider knowledge of construction, communities and developer negotiations still pays dividends for his clients today, whether they are buying a brand-new build or comparing resale options across Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero.

Experience Does Matter

Since transitioning into general sales, Todd has helped more than 300 buyers and sellers achieve their goals and dreams. His tagline says it best: experience does matter. Three generations of real estate in the family, more than two decades in the Naples market and hundreds of successful closings mean there is very little Todd has not seen and solved.
