Why The Pointe

The Pointe sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community that WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41 on Estero Bay. With roughly 160 residences built in the mid-1990s, it is one of the larger condominium neighborhoods in mainland Pelican Landing, combining three-story carriage buildings with two-story coach homes.

Floor plans here generally run from about 1,600 to 2,200 square feet, many with screened lanais and lake or preserve views. The Pointe is often one of the more attainable ways into Pelican Landing, drawing seasonal residents and buyers who want a lower-maintenance home close to the community amenities.
