Southbridge sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community that WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41 on Estero Bay. Built in 1998, its roughly 166 residences make it the largest condominium enclave in the mainland community, set near the south entrance.
