Why Lely

There are 36 recorded plat or condominium documents on the Collier County roll that carry the Lely name, and some belong to neighboring communities that share it. For that reason this page gives the record count only. The MLS breaks it into named neighborhoods such as Augusta Woods, Eaglewood, Four Fountains, Bradstrom Village, El Capistrano and Fairway Gardens.
