Why Sandpiper Greens

Sandpiper Greens sits inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41. Its roughly 48 coach-home residences were built in the late 1990s, combining two-story coach buildings with a four-story elevator building. Sandpiper Greens is separate from Sandpiper Isle, the nearby enclave that mixes coach homes with a mid-rise.

Floor plans here generally run from about 1,600 to just over 2,000 square feet, most with screened lanais and golf, lake, or preserve views. Sandpiper Greens offers a quiet, low-maintenance way into Pelican Landing, popular with seasonal residents who want easy access to the community amenities.
