Why Sandpiper Isle

Sandpiper Isle is a distinctive enclave inside Pelican Landing, the roughly 2,365-acre gated community WCI Communities began developing in 1989 west of US 41 on Estero Bay. About 100 residences were built here in the mid-1990s in an unusual mix, a single six-story mid-rise building alongside two-story coach homes, all within one small, walkable enclave.

Floor plans run from roughly 1,800 to 2,360 square feet, with the mid-rise offering elevator access and longer, elevated views and the coach homes offering ground-level ease.
