Why Bayview
Bayview is a pair of twelve story towers, Bayview I and Bayview II, on Island Pond Court along Bonita Bay’s western bayfront edge. Built in the mid-1990s, each tower holds about 50 residences with just five per floor, in three and four bedroom plans of roughly 2,500 to 3,400 square feet plus a sundeck.
The draw is the exposure. Residences look across natural mangrove preserves to Estero Bay, the world’s first aquatic preserve, with the Gulf of Mexico on the horizon and the golf course below. Few Bonita Bay addresses sit this close to the open water.
