Why Cracker Cove
Cracker Cove is unlike anything else in Bonita Bay. Built between the late 1980s and the mid-1990s, this small enclave of fewer than 40 single-family homes draws on classic Florida cracker architecture: elevated construction, metal roofs, decorative trim, and deep wraparound porches, painted in cheerful Key West colors and shaded by mature oaks.
Homes generally range from about 1,500 to 2,800 square feet with two to four bedrooms, most with living space spread across multiple levels above oversized ground-level garages. The neighborhood is fully built out, so homes here only come up as resales, and they do not come up often.
