Units run 1,207 to 1,375 heated square feet on the county roll, a median of 1,258, with 120 two-bedroom and 60 three-bedroom units; recent MLS listings measured up to 1,560 square feet under air. Unit numbers on the Lee County parcel layer show Turnberry I with units numbered from the 100s to the 400s, so its buildings have four floors, and Turnberry II in two-floor buildings.
The Turnberry association and setting
Each condominium has its own association (Sunbiz N99000005728 and N99000005726). The club's own website names different managers for Turnberry II in two places, so ask the seller for the current management contact. Every buyer needs the association's certificate of approval before closing, the quarterly dues are separate from the club assessment, and Turnberry I limits unaccompanied houseguest registrations to 2 a year.
