The Lifestyle

The Three Esteros

West of 41

The western side runs toward Estero Bay and the older neighborhoods near the river, closest to the water and to Coconut Point.

The Middle

Three Oaks Parkway and the I-75 interchange carry much of the village's everyday traffic, shopping and medical offices.

East on Corkscrew

Corkscrew Road east of the interstate is where most of the newer construction has gone, on larger parcels further from the coast.
