This Privacy Policy explains how DomainRealty.com LLC, doing business as Domain Realty, and its Domain Realty Group team of licensed real estate professionals (“Domain Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit DomainRealtyGroup.com and its related pages and subdomains (the “Site”), register for property search, or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you register for a property search account, save a listing or search, request a home valuation, schedule a showing, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, the homes and areas you are interested in, and any message you send.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages and listings viewed, searches performed, the site or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from real estate portals, advertising platforms, referral partners, and public records, and combine it with information we already have.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services, including connecting you with a Domain Realty agent.
- To create and manage your property search account, saved searches, and listing alerts.
- To prepare home valuations and market information you request.
- To send you listings, market updates, and marketing communications you have agreed to receive.
- To understand how the Site is used, improve it, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and spam, protect our rights, and comply with law and real estate licensing rules.
Calls, text messages, and email
If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, Domain Realty and its agents may contact you by phone call and text message, which may be sent using automated technology, about real estate services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences and searches, analyze traffic, and measure and improve our advertising. These include:

- Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management system, which records the pages and listings viewed by people who have registered or contacted us so our agents can serve them better.
- Showcase IDX, our property search provider, which operates the listing search, account registration, saved listings, and saved searches.
Your choices. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies in our cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works, such as saved searches.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Within Domain Realty, including with the Domain Realty agent assigned to help you.
- With service providers who perform services for us, such as website hosting, property search (IDX), customer relationship management, email and text messaging, analytics, and advertising. They may use the information only to provide services to us, except as described in their own privacy policies for analytics and advertising technologies.
- With parties to your real estate transaction when you ask us to, such as lenders, title and closing companies, inspectors, and cooperating brokers.
- For legal reasons, to comply with law, legal process, or real estate regulatory requirements, or to protect the rights and safety of Domain Realty, our clients, or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition of all or part of our business.
Listing information
Property listing data on the Site is provided through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) by participating multiple listing services. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings may be held by brokerages other than Domain Realty.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain our client relationship and meet legal and licensing record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as agent websites, social media, and partner sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
