About This Neighborhood

Copperleaf at The Brooks is a gated bundled golf community of 570 residences in Estero, built by Pulte Homes beginning in 2000 inside the Brooks master community developed by Bonita Bay Group. The mix runs 416 single family homes and 154 carriage homes across neighborhoods that each carry their own product type and price tier.

Every home comes with membership in Copperleaf Golf Club, so golf is bundled rather than optional and there is no separate golf initiation fee. Residents share a 28,000 square foot clubhouse that reopened in October 2024 after a 20 million dollar renovation, a geothermally heated pool and spa, tennis and bocce courts, an activity and fitness center and a 1.7 mile walking loop. The Brooks Commons Club is available as a separate optional membership.

The Audubon certified 18 hole championship course opened in 2000 to a Gordon Lewis design and was redesigned in 2015 by architect Kipp Schulties. Membership is bundled with every home, so course access comes with ownership rather than through a separate initiation.
