About This Neighborhood

Stoneybrook is a gated golf community of 1,119 homes on roughly 806 acres off Corkscrew Road in Estero, east of I-75. It was developed by U.S. Homes and holds a mix of single family homes, attached villas and condominiums under one master association.

The Stoneybrook Golf Course runs through the community as an independent public course, so golf membership is not bundled into ownership. Residents share a clubhouse, community pool and spa, fitness room, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, horseshoe, basketball, an in line roller hockey rink, soccer and baseball fields, a playground and bike paths.
